We wrapped up a few sites last week – leaving all of us at Kairos feeling a bit heavy hearted and reflective. We wanted to share some pictures of important moments with elder friends from a memory care and assisted living – as well as thoughts from Maria.

“Sometimes what matters most are the small gestures: a touch of a hand, a look that tells stories of a lifetime, a laugh, a smile of delight. After we counted for grant reporting, we found we had served about 4,000 people in our communities this year. People reaching out their hand, dancing, laughing, crying – always sharing the little things that add up to a person, a family, a community, a world.”
–Maria Genné, Director and Founder of Kairos Alive!
Thank you for viewing some of the moments that mattered most to us.
