Whether in-person or virtual, our programs are rooted in inclusive, research-based practices that engage communities through the power of the arts.
Moving Well™
Inclusive leadership, team building and communication promotes health and well-being for staff and caregivers through in-person and two-way live virtual workshops, 16-hour CEU-credited courses, and introductory workshops.
Intergenerational Dance Hall™
A dynamic event centering on elders of all abilities. Adaptive dance, live music, and storytelling unite participants to enhance individual and collective mental, social and physical well-being in a joyful, inclusive space.
Dancing Heart™
Group engagement sessions with adaptive dance, music, story, and research learning at collaborator sites.
Kairos Clubhouse™
Weekly interactive Zoom webcast that connects participants across generations. This virtual gathering creates a vibrant caregiving community, combining creative activities like dance, storytelling, and music in an inclusive, participatory format.
Anti-Racism & Accessibility Training
Build inclusive, equitable environments rooted in embodied learning and healing practices. These workshops help staff and volunteers of all backgrounds develop tools for fostering equity and accessibility. Available in both in-person and live two-way virtual formats, with options for introductory sessions or CEU-credited courses.
