Kairos Alive! is thrilled to welcome Emily Dorr to our team as our spring intern. Read a little about Emily in her own words- "I am from Shoreview, Minnesota and graduated from Roseville Area High School in 2019. During my time at Roseville, I directed small ensembles as well as taught private lessons. I participated in Minnesota All State Band and Orchestra, and earned several awards for clarinet performances. At Lawrence University, I am pursuing a dual degree in general and instrumental music education, as well as French and Francophone Studies. I am a member of the Lawrence University chapter of the National Association for Music Education and the Lawrence University Wind Ensemble. After graduation, I plan to pursue a teaching position in a public school. Outside of my studies, I enjoy reading and exploring all the Twin Cities has to offer!" Emily brings her many skills as a musician and educator to help further the mission of Kairos Alive. Join us in welcoming Emily to the Kairos community!
